通过对教育部高校科技查新工作站10年(2005年一2014年)查新项目的统计,从查新业务量、查新人员梯队建设及查新文献建设等方面简述了高校科技查新工作的现状,提出了科技查新工作的潜在价值,并探讨了查新工作的发展趋势。
Based on the systemic analysis of ten years' (from 2005 to 2014) data from the sci-tech novelty retrieval station of the Ministry of Education, this paper described the current status of sci-tech novelty retrieval work from quantity, team construction and literature construction. Moreover, it discussed the trends of sci-tech novelty retrieval work and presented suggestions on how to improve the sci-tech novelty retrieval in the future.
