提出机构死点卡住可靠性分析方法。分析过程中考虑机构尺寸参数的随机特性,研究机构运动出现死点时的分布特性。通过分析,认为可把机构运动输出值视作正态分布随机变量,进而提出计算机构避免死点卡住的可靠性分析方法。文中应用解析法与仿真法进行算例分析。
There are some papers to discuss the problem of dead-point .seizure of mechanism, but up to now there is no paper to discuss this problem from the point of view of reliability analysis. The method of reliability analysis for preventing dead-point seizure of mechanism is presented. In explanation of this method the four-bar linkage mechanism is taken as a typical mechanism. The dimension errors of components in mechanism caused by manufacture are taken into account in the course of analysis and distribution property of the kinetic dead-point of mechanism is analyzed. Based on the theoretic analysis, the kinetic output quantity of mechanism can be considered as the normal distribution random, and the reliability analysis method of dead-point seizure of mechanism is presented. An illustrative example is provided to show the applicability of this method by the analytical solution and simulation solution.
