运输机货物拦阻网的作用是为了在应急着陆、迫降时防止货物过量移动,保护机组人员及设备安全。拦阻网为软式结构在载荷作用下易产生较大的变形,表现出显著的非线性效应,难于求解和收敛。通过MSC。Nastran非线性模块探讨了运输机货物拦阻网的建模技术和求解策略,分析了拦阻网在不同初始形状、初始挠度下对接头支反力和网带变形的影响;考虑到该型运输机所运货物具有多样性的特点,对拦阻网在均布载荷、集中载荷、均布与集中组合3种不同载荷x-~)L进行了分析。
Cargo barrier net of transport aircraft is designed to arrest the cargo and protect the cabin crew aurmg a survivable crash landing, and it is extremely flexible and develops large displacement under loadings, showing pre- dominately nonlinear behavior and creating convergence problems. This paper presents a modeling technique and a- nalysis strategy for cargo barrier net by the solution 106 module in MSC. Nastran. To investigate the deformed shape and fitting reactions of the barrier net with different initial shape and initial deflection, a cargo barrier net model of transport aircraft was established. Taking into account cargo's diversity of the transport aircraft, three different load cases, uniform distributed load and concentrated load and uniform concentrated combination, were analyzed and simulated.
