针对工程上常见的航空复杂昂贵产品的单子样结构疲劳试验寿命,考虑疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布及威布尔分布两种情况下,发展、提出了将样本数从虚拟扩展至,再结合Bootstrap方法进行可靠性试验评估的方法,并给出了相应的求解带可靠度、置信度下限的试验评估方法。给出了算例阐明。
It presents the reliability assessment of single sample life test (which obeys logarithmic normal or weibull distribution)of the common aeronautic products which are extremely complex and expensive. The reliability test sample size is expanded from to 7,and then bootstrap method is used to evaluate the test. Then we present the solution to assessment methods with fiducial lower limit. A n example is provided to show the application of this estimation method. The computation results show that this estimation method is reasonable and logical.
