在当前国有企业改革的背景下,以往从所有权结构和领导特质之间关系来探讨高管层角色定位问题的研究,已经不能完全适应建立健全现代化公司治理结构的需要。基于组织双元能力理论,文章对高管领导力和组织双元能力之间的关系进行述评,认为在国有企业改革背景下,高管行为整合更能促进组织双元能力的实现。在此基础上,从三方面分析未来研究方向:基于国有企业改革背景,对高管行为整合维度重新探讨和定义、分析可行的高管行为整合前置影响因素以及高管行为整合与组织双元能力关系的调节变量。文章力图开创国有企业研究的新视角,为国有企业改革和公司内部运作规范提供借鉴。
Under the background of current reform in China's SOEs, the previous research which probes into the role of top management team from the perspective of relationship between ownership structure and leadership traits, cannot entirely meet the need of establishing and improving modern corporate governance structure. Based on the theory of organizational ambidexterity, this paper reviews the relationship between executive leadership and organizational ambidexterity, and makes a prospect of future research. It asserts that under the background of reform in China's SOEs, the integration of executive behaviours will be more likely to promote the realization of organizational ambidexterity. Moreover, it makes an analysis of future research prospects from three aspects: the integration dimension of top executive behaviours should be probed and defined again based on the SOE reform, an analysis should be made on influencing factors before the integration of feasible top executive behaviours, and the moderate variablesshould be analysed in the relationship between top executive behaviours and organizational ambidexterity. This paper tries to create a new perspective f~r the research of SOEs, which can be of good reference to the reform of SOEs and internal operation system.
