通过分析中药饮片生产现状,提出饮片生产应在继承传统经验的基础上,从生产技术、设备和管理等方面变革现有的饮片生产模式,实现中药饮片生产的区域化和专业化;在可行性研究基础上,大力推广中药饮片产地加工生产模式;利用现代先进的检测手段和控制方法补充传统的经验判断,加强饮片生产的过程控制,建立科技含量高、专业化程度高的饮片生产线;充分利用“九五”以来的研究成果,制定具有饮片个性特色的质量评价方法及标准。从饮片生产的源头、生产过程,直至饮片质量评价全过程可确保饮片的质量和临床疗效,有利于饮片产业的科学化管理,对于饮片产业的发展具有强大的推动作用。
By analyzing current situations on Chinese Materia Medica (CMM) processing industry, the author proposed that the present patterns of processing production should be transformed from several aspects such as manufacturing technique, equipment, management in order to gradually realize its regionalization and specialization on the basis of inheriting traditional experiences. The producing area processing mode should be widely popularized after feasibility investigations. The process monitoring should be strengthened as establishing the high technological content and standard specialization processing production line by using of the modem detection and control methods to complement the traditional experiential control. At the same time, it is necessary to make full use of the research results since "Ninth Five-Year" Plan to develop the individual characteristics of the quality evaluation method and standard for processing CMM. Taking the source, process control until quality evaluation as the whole process monitoring, it can ensure the processing quality and clinical effect and in favor of the scientific management. It also will play the powerful role in promoting the CMM processing industry.
