在新型城镇化进程中,农村劳动力转移培训对于提高劳动力职业素质、促进农村转移劳动力就业发挥着重要作用。基于此,借助于社会网络分析工具,通过对江苏省某市劳动力培训网络进行调查,对该市的培训社会网络进行结构性分析,旨在发现当前培训网络构建中存在的问题和弱点,以期为进一步优化、完善农村劳动力转移培训网络及促进农村劳动力转移事业的推进提供参考。
英文摘要：
During the process of urbanization,the training of rural transference labors plays an important role in improving the professional quality and the employment of the rural transference labors. Based on the survey of Y City in Jiangsu Province,with the help of social network analysis tool,this article conducted a structural analysis on the training network of this county,aims to find the problems and weaknesses existing in the current training network,so as to further improve the system of rural labor transference network in Jiangsu province and provide some references for the propulsion of the rural labor force transfer.
