腔体是连续挤压机的主要零件之一,在工作过程中产生复杂的温度环境。腔体的温度直接影响到产品的质量和模具的寿命,因此,如何了解腔体的温度场规律并加以控制,已经成为一个值得关注的问题。本文自行设计了实验装置,首次采集了腔体工作面和模腔入料口、扩展槽内的温度,并首次采用Labview软件和配套设备进行了温度数据的采集,得到了腔体温度场的规律,给腔体温度的控制提供了参考依据。
Chamber is one of the main parts of continuous extrusion machine, which produces complicated temperature environment in working process.The quality of production and the life of die are affected by the chamber temperature, so it is an attention-getting problem to know and control the temperature field rule of chamber.A testing device has been designed in the text.The rule of chamber temperature field has been gained, by using the software and device of labview to get the temperature data of chamber working face and the inlet, which provides the reference data for chamber temperature control.
