TLJ400连续挤压机机架的强度分析与结构改进

在连续挤压机机架的设计中,以往采用类比的经验设计方法,缺乏对机械结构强度的精确验算,造成所设计的机械结构尺寸与重量偏大。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对TLJ400型连续挤压机机架建立三维实体模型,并进行结构分析,得到了精确的强度值和机架的应力分布情况;在对机架进行强度校核后,提出了一种结构改进的方案,并通过有限元仿真分析验证了其可行性。结果表明,采用该方案进行的结构改进能够减少材料的使用,实现机架的轻量化。

英文摘要:

Experiential analogy design method was used in the designs of the frame of continuous extrusion machine in the past. It was devoid of precision checking calculation for mechanical structure strength. As a result, the size and weight of the mechanical structure, which was designed, were higher. Finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to build a 3D model of the frame of the TLJ400 continuous extrusion machine. Structure analysis is carried out under a certain working condition, and precision strength value and the stress distribution of the frame were obtained. According to the strength checking result, a scheme of structure improvement was put forward and was verified by finite element simulation. The conclusion is that the quantity of raw material will be reduced and the lightweight of the frame can be realized by using the structure improvement scheme.
