利用DEFORM-3D对铜母线连续挤压扩展成形过程进行了有限元模拟,获得了挤压40 mm×10 mm铜母线的速度场、温度场和应力应变场。根据后处理结果分析,归纳对金属流动的影响因素,优化了挤压50 mm×6 mm铜母线的模具设计,通过与前者的数值模拟结果的比较分析,发现挤出的铜母线充满状态良好,流动应力较为均匀,并得到了与实际过程相符的金属流动规律。通过扭矩校核表明,优化方案可行。
Based on DEFORM-3D,the copper bus bar CONFORM extending-forming process was simulated and velocity field,temperature field,stress/ strain field of forming process for 40 mm×10 mm copper bus bar is acquired.According to the analytic results,the effect factors of metal flowing were summed up,and the die design of 50 mm×6 mm copper bus bar was optimized.Compared to the former simulated result,the copper bus bar extruded is filled in order,the flowing stress is quite well-proportioned,and the law of metal flow which is conform to the actual process was acquired.Through the test check of torque,it is indicated that the optimization programme is feasible.
