教师个人知识实质性地主导着教师的教育教学行为,是教师专业根基。本文从源泉、机制和途径三个方面论述了教师个人知识的生成。提出了个人的"偏见"是教师个人知识的源泉;视界融合是教师个人知识的生成机制;哲学探究、叙事、个人生活史分析和经验反思等是教师个人知识的生成途径。
Teachers' personal knowledge substantially dominate his teaching behavior,it is the foundation of teacher's professional. This paper discusses the formation of teacher's personal knowledge from three aspects : source,mechanism and approach. The proposed personal"Prejudice"is the source of teacher's personal knowledge; fusion of horizons is the generation mechanism of teacher's personal knowledge; philosophy research,narrative,analysis of one's life history,reflection of one's experience are the generating way of teacher's personal knowledge.
