Teachers＇ personal knowledge substantially dominate his teaching behavior,it is the foundation of teacher＇s professional. This paper discusses the formation of teacher＇s personal knowledge from three aspects ： source,mechanism and approach. The proposed personal＂Prejudice＂is the source of teacher＇s personal knowledge; fusion of horizons is the generation mechanism of teacher＇s personal knowledge; philosophy research,narrative,analysis of one＇s life history,reflection of one＇s experience are the generating way of teacher＇s personal knowledge.
