十八大以来，中国进入以提质增效为特征、以优化经济结构和产业创新为核心驱动力的经济新常态，众多传统行业面临转型升级的机遇和挑战。随着新型城镇化的不断推进和电子商务的快速发展，城乡一体化流通得到加强，使得物流作为传统企业“第三方利润源泉”的重要性日益突出，并逐渐形成现代化物流体系。尤其在小城镇连锁零售业中，现代物流体系发挥着重要作用，但仍存在物流效率低、服务质量差、配送成本高等发展“瓶颈”。因此，有必要设计出适合小城镇连锁零售业的物流配送模式。通过研究现代物流配送的理论基础并利用新一代信息技术，提出以第三方物流为主的专业物流配送模式和以智慧城乡为背景的智慧物流配送模式，从而提高配送效率、降低配送成本、提升配送服务。

英文摘要：

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our country has entered a new economic norm characterized by quality and efficiency improvement with economic structure optimization and industry innovation as the core driving force, and many traditional industries are facing the opportunities and challenges in transformation and upgrading. With the contimuous advancement of new urbanization and the rapid development of electronic commerce, the integration of urban and rural circulation is strengthened, which makes logistics increasingly important as ＂ the third profit source＂ of traditional enterprises and helps to form a modern logistics system gradually. Although the modern logistics system plays an important role in small town retail chains, such development ＂bottlenecks＂ as low logistics efficiency, poor service quality and high distribution cost still exist. Therefore, it is necessary to design a logistics distribution mode suitable for small town retail chains. Based on the study of the theoretical foundation of modern logistics distribution and the new generation of information technology, this paper puts forward a professional distribution mode focusing on the third-party logistics and a wisdom logistics distribution mode with intellectual urban and rural areas as background so as to promote distribution efficiency, reduce distribution costs and improve delivery service.
