在接受物流服务的过程中,消费者心理契约受到诸多因素的影响。结合已有的研究成果,探讨物流服务参与和感知服务质量对消费者心理契约的影响作用。通过快递服务的实证研究表明,消费者对物流服务具有两种类型的心理契约,物流服务参与和感知服务质量对消费者的交易型心理契约和关系型心理契约都具有正向影响,交易型心理契约对关系型心理契约具有正向影响,并起到中介作用。提高物流服务参与、重视感知服务质量对维系企业与消费者的心理契约具有良性作用。
In the process of acceptance of logistics services, consumer psychological contract is affected by many factors. Based on the existing research results, the paper investigate the influence of in which logis- tics service involvement and perceived service quality on the consumer's psychological contract. The results of empirical study of express service show that consumers have two types of psychological contract to logis- tics service,logistics services involvement and perceived service quality has positive effect on consumer's trade-model psychological contract and relation-model psychological contract, trade-model psychological contract has the mediating effects,it also has the paitive effect on the other psychological contract. Impro- ving the logistics service involvement, paying attention to perceived service quality will have positive role on maintaining psychological contract between companies and consumers.
