对短星翅蝗(Calliptanms abbreviatus)和长翅素木蝗(Shirakiacris shirakii)组织学观察与测量的结果表明:卵母细胞体积和形态变化显著,呈现先慢后快的发育特点;细胞核体积增长在发育初期增长速度大于后期;滤泡细胞体积在卵黄发生期达到峰值,呈高柱状,卵黄发生结束后退化,呈柳叶状;2种蝗虫卵子发生的发育进程具明显的种间差异。
By using measure and analysis in biological software, we observed the histological changes in ovarian development of two species of Catantopidae (Orthoptera: Acridoidea), which were Calliptamus abbreviatus, and Shirakiacris shirakii. The results showed that the volume and shape of oocyte of the two species had acute changes in oogenesis, especially in vitellogenesis, and the oocyte volume increased slowly at the beginning and quickly at the end of oogenesis. The nuclear development of oocyte had great changes at the beginning and without significant changes in the later periods. The volume of follicles arrived at the top along with vitellogenesis and degenerated after vitellogenesis. There were different development phases between two species of locusts by comparing their changes at every stage of oogenesis.
