In this paper, the chromosomal C-banding karyotypes of Euchorthippus dahinganlingensis of Arcypteridae, the Gomphoceras sibirictts sibiricus （L.） of Gomphoceridae and the Angaracris barabensis of the Oedipodidae were analyzed, which were collected from Northeastern area in China. The result showed that the chromosomal number of the Gomphocerus sibiricus sibiricus （ L. ）, Euchorthippus dahinganlin-gensis Zhang et Ren and Angaracris barabensis （Pall.） are 2n（ ♂ ） = 18 ＋ XO = 19, 2n（ ♂ ） = 16＋ XO = 17, 2n（ ♂ ） = 22 ＋ XO =23 respectively.
