应用功率流理论对鼓风机隔振系统中的参数对基础振动的影响进行研究。将鼓风机隔振系统简化为单层隔振系统的功率流隔振模型,依据电一力类比的方法,通过编写的Matlab应用程序,计算并绘制了质量块质量变化和基础区域面密度对传递到基础的功率流和振动速度的影响曲线。研究表明:增加质量块质量对基座振动速度和功率流有明显地降低,增加基础区域面密度有利于隔振。
Vibration parameter of blower is researched on how to affect the basement vibration by the vibration power flow theory, and used pump unit in a dwelling plot needing isolation vibration as an example. Blower isolation vibration systemcan be simplified a single-deck isolation system power flow model, by using E-F analog picture method, while adjusting the parameters such as intermediate mass and area density. The curves of foundation speed amplitude and power flow are drawn by using Mat lab calculating program, the results show that increasing the intermediate mass has clearly reduced the vibration power flow and speed amplitude. But vibration parameter of inter- mediate mass only has little effect on the vibration amplitude, and the isolation vibration effect can be improved by increasing area density of the basement.
