对某厂的汽轮机组噪声频谱进行分析,判断产生噪声的主要频率.同时对现场的噪声声源和传播路径进行检测分析,从吸声和隔声两个方面阐述了阻断声音传播的噪声治理方案.结果证明,此方案是一套有效的控制措施,降噪效果明显,满足国家标准的要求,为其他汽轮机组的噪声处理提供了参考.
After the analysis of a factory's steam turbine noise, according to the measured noise signal, its frequency spectnun is analyzed and the main frequency of the noise is found out. Meanwhile, onsite noise source and propagation path are detected and analyzed and sound blocking and noise control programs have been achieved through sound absorption and sound insulation to make noise reduction satisfactory. The results prove that this program is effective with excellent noise reduction effect, which can meet the requirements of national technical standards and also provide a reference for other steam turbine noise control.
