通过计算桨叶的弯曲频率和扭转频率,采用ANSYS大型有限元软件对大型恒频变速风力发电机组桨叶进行建模,同时分析该桨叶动态特性的优缺点,并分析影响桨叶建模和动态特性的主要因素,对计算值和测量值的误差进行比较,同时对桨叶的振型进行分析,为今后更深入地研究大型恒频变速风电机组桨叶特性奠定了良好的理论基础。
Through calculation of bending frequency and torsion frequency of blades, a blade model of megawatt wind turbine is constructed based on ANSYS finite element, main effect factors on modeling and dynamics characteristic are discussed, errors between calculation results and measured results are compared , and modal shapes of blade are analyzed, which provide diagnostic theory for fatigue pre- diction, resonance removal and stability analysis of rotating blades.
