以球磨机的电动机和减速器为研究对象,对球磨机的噪声特性进行分析,提出了在电动机外安装隔声罩的降噪方案。采用ANASYS有限元软件建立隔声罩有限元模型,分析了采用宽频带复合式吸声结构隔声罩的降噪效果,指出了该隔声罩在某些区域降噪效果的不足,进而提出一种改进的宽频带复合式吸声结构的隔声罩,使降噪效果得到明显改善,满足了工程技术要求,为解决实际问题提供了一定的参考。
The motor and the reducer of a ball mill served as the study objective, after analyzing the noise characteristics of the ball mill, the paper proposed a denoising scheme which involved installation of acoustical enclosure outside the motor. The paper applied ANSYS to build the finite element model of the acoustical enclosure, and analyzed the denoising effects of the acoustical enclosure of the wide-frequency compound sound-absorbing device. It also pointed out the deficiency in the denoising effects of the acoustical enclosure in some zone, and proposed the acoustical enclosure of an improved wide-frequency compound sound-absorbing device, thus the denoising effects obviously improved, which met the engineering technical requirements and offered some references for solving practical problems.
