提出基于掩蔽信号法改进HHT提取滚动轴承故障诊断方法。采用掩蔽信号,通过能量均值法确定掩蔽信号,改进HHT从而削弱其模态混叠现象的产生,并降低噪声的影响。基于掩蔽信号法改进HHT首先引入隐蔽信号对滚动轴承的故障信号进行EMD分解,得到基本模式分量,然后对得到的一系列的基本模式分量分别做Hilbert—Huang变换求得包络谱,从而提取了滚动轴承的故障信息。实验结果表明,该方法能对滚动轴承的故障进行有效地诊断,与传统谱分析方法相比具有明显的优越性。
It presents fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing based on masking signal to improve HHT. Using masking signal, through the energy mean method to determine masking signal, it improves HHT and weakens its modal aliasing phenomenon produced, and reduces the influence of noise. Based on the masking signal to improve HHT, it brings into the masking signal, and EMD /s used to decompose the rolling bearing fault signal in order to obtain intrinsic mode function (IMF). Then each IMF is demodulated by Hilbert-Huang transform and Hilbert envelope spectrum is gained which contains fault message of the rolling bearing. Through the experiment it is shown that this method can diagnose fault of roUing bearing effectively, which has obvious superiority compared with traditional spectrum analysis method.
