应用ANSYS软件建立某二氧化碳离心压缩机转子的三维有限元模型,计算出离心压缩机转子的前五阶固有频率。通过对仿真结果的模态分析,证明该离心压缩机的实际工作频率远离其自振频率,从而避免共振所导致的转子严重变形。排除共振故障可能之后,根据对该离心压缩机进行在线监测的数据的比较分析,并综合分析了测点的振动频谱和轴心轨迹特征,判断出该离心压缩机产生振动的主要故障类型为转子不平衡,为大型动力设备的故障诊断提供了新方法。
The three dimensional finite element model of centrifugal compressor rotor is using the ANSYS software and the first six steps natural frequency is calculated by the modal established analysis of the rotor.The modal analysis results indicate that the intense vibration will happen if the centrifugal com- pressor's actual operating frequency is similar to the basic frequency,which can cause the serious distor- tion of the rator.After elimination of resonance fault, a carbon dioxide ce ntrifugal compressor in a chemical plant is tested on line and analyzed.The vibration frequency spectrum and the axle center path characteris- tics are analyzed on the measuring points.Through the analysis,the major failure type of this ce ntrifugal compressor rotor is defined as unbalance.A method is provided for fauh diagnosis for large equipment.
