Due to the constraints of bad natural conditions and socio-economic situation, there are many characteristics such as a low-level ＂Core - Edge＂ and administration, and obvious valley traffic guide at the Anding district＇s urban system. To improve it, some measures should be taken in the future. First, they should accelerate the pace of urban construction, exert the advantages of the central towns, enhance the status of important towns, and improve hierarchical structure.
