针对我国纤维板生产中纤维分离存在产量较低和纤维质量相对不高的问题,通过对热磨机动磨盘的支撑主轴结构特点和分离加工工艺的分析,对热磨机的主轴进行了力学分析和径向静压轴承实验台的设计。经过该实验台检测的径向静压轴承,可大幅减少热磨机的停车检修时间,提高纤维分离的生产效率;减少主轴径向振动;提高热磨精度进而提高纤维质量。
For the problems of short crop and low quality in defibering of our country,by analyzing the structural features of the shaft which bearing the millstone and the defibering process,authors of this paper make a mechanical analysis to the defibrator shaft and design a radial hydrostatic bearing experimental installation.By employing the radial hydrostatic bearing which passed the exam in the radial hydrostatic bearing experimental installation will sharply reduce the time of recondition,reduce radial vibration of the shaft,and raise defibering accuracy to improve the fibre quality.
