悬臂支撑架是圆桌机的重要基础部件,它的动态和静态特性直接影响机床的加工精度及精度稳定性。采用有限元软件ANSYS,对悬臂支撑架进行静力分析与模态分析,得到应力分布规律和振动特性。静力分析结果表明该悬臂支撑架的强度和刚度都满足设计要求;模态分析结果表明加强筋和前后连接板的局部刚度相对薄弱,但悬臂支撑架总体固有频率满足稳定性要求。根据分析结果,悬臂支撑架有优化的空间,为进一步改进支撑架结构提供了理论依据。
The support frame is an extremely significant foundation component for the roundtable machine,whose static characteristics and dynamic characteristics directly affect the accuracy of machining and the stability of precision.The static analysis and modal analysis have been made on the cantilever support frame with ANSYS software,and obtained distribution of stress and vibration features.Static analysis results show that strength and rigidity of cantilever support frame have meet the design requirements;modal analysis results show that the local rigidity of connecting plates and ribs of cantilever support frame are relatively weak,but the overall natural frequency have meet the stable requirements.According to analysis results,the cantilever support frame has room for optimization,and theoretical basis have been provided for the further improvement on the structure of support frame.
