综述国内外近海可再生能源发电的研究进展,指出现有以单一的近海可再生能源为对象的开发利用中存在能源利用率低、装置可靠性差等缺点。在此基础上,提出融合近海风电、波浪能发电和潮流能发电,研究近海可再生能源综合发电的新思路。在综合发电系统的构建、系统建模以及含近海可再生能源综合发电场电网的网源协调控制等方面开展研究,并讨论了具体研究方案和技术路线。
An overview of worldwide research on offshore renewable energy generation is provided in this paper . Most of the research focuses on single offshore renewable energy exploitation and utilization , which results in low energy efficiency and poor reliability of the power generation device .To solve these problems , a hybrid offshore renewable energy generation system , with a combination of offshore wind , wave, and tidal power generations , is proposed .Meanwhile , the research framework and the technological route are discussed , including the construction of the hybrid power generation system , the system modeling , and coordinate control of the hybrid offshore renewable energy generation system .
