提出了基于分群控制的DFIG风电场功率波动平滑控制策略。根据风电场内实际风速的分布情况,将各风电机组分为低风速和高风速两群。利用转子动能控制和桨距角控制的特点,对低风速群实施转子动能控制,滤除风电场有功功率的高频快速波动;对高风速群实施变桨距控制,调整风电场有功出力的低频缓慢波动。与单纯采用基于转子动能的风电场功率波动平滑方法进行了对比,算例结果验证了本文方法的有效性。
The paper proposes a clustering based control strategy for smoothing power fluctuation in DFIG wind farm. According to the real wind speed distribution of wind farm, the wind turbines in the wind farm are divided into two parts: one is with low wind speed, the other one is with high wind speed. Then the rotor kinetic energy control is used in the part with low wind speed to filter the fast high-frequency fluctuation of the wind farm power. The variable-pitch control is adopted in the part with high wind speed to filter the slow low-frequency fluctuation of the wind farm power. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the simulation results.
