提出地区电网模型与省级电网模型的拼接方案:首先从地区电网EMS系统获取CIM模型文件以及状态估计结果文件,对其进行解析、合并及网络拓扑分析,生成适合于电力系统仿真计算的地区电网模型;研究了地区电网及省级电网边界节点潮流调整方法,提出利用功率灵敏度矩阵调整边界联络线注入功率,利用基于电气距离的负荷、发电机分组方法调整边界节点电压的方法。最后以实际电网应用为例,验证了模型拼接方案以及边界节点潮流调整方法的可行性。
A method for integration of regional and external power network models is proposed in this paper.The CIM and PAS files of the regional power network were collected from EMS,and the network topology analysis was carried out to obtain the regional power network model.Then,a power flow matching method was used to match the power flow between the regional and external power networks.A sensitivity matrix was used to adjust the active power of boundary lines,and a clustering scheme based on electrical distance was used to adjust the voltage.A practical application to a power network verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
