在收集大量历史资料与相关信息的基础上,运用灰色系统理论知识,对莆田市城市区域环境噪声与道路交通噪声进行灰色关联度分析,结果发现,人口密度与城市区域环境噪声、道路交通噪声关联度最高,公路通车里程与交通量对道路交通噪声也有着重要影响.运用灰色GM(1,1)模型理论建立区域环境噪声与道路交通噪声预测模型,模型精确度可靠,模型预测十三五规划期间两种声环境均符合环保部要求标准,结果比较理想.
Based on historical data and related information,using the grey system theory,making Grey Relational analysis of urban regional environmental noise and road traffic noise in Putian. The results showed that population density was the highest correlation with both traffic volume and the road traffic mileage. The reliable grey GM( 1,1) model was established of regional environmental noise and road traffic noise. The predictions of the two acoustic qualities were in line with the requirements of the Ministry of environmental protection standard in 13 th Five-Year Guideline.
