The national wealth view is a kind of understanding and sight from the scope of a nation, it is the ba-sis and value judgement of a national policy formulation and policy choice. In the process of social history develop- ment, the transformation of national wealth view includes several stages ： the national wealth view based on the physi- cal form, the monetary form, the form of value and the knowledge form.
