世界各国在追求经济增长的数量和质量提升的过程中,形成了独具特色的发展模式。探讨发达国家和新兴市场国家在提高经济增长质量过程中所走的不同道路及其表现出的共同特点。在此基础上总结各国发展经济过程中的得与失,为新常态下中国经济追求质量型增长提供重要的借鉴和启发作用。分析认为,中国要实现质量型增长需要重视教育和人力资本积累,构建创新驱动增长的机制;审时度势,将比较优势转化为竞争优势;重视社会公平正义,倡导福利分配的平等习惯;坚持绿色发展和绿色崛起,走资源节约、环境友好的发展道路。

英文摘要：

Every country analyzed in this paper has formed a unique and typical development mode in the pursuit of economic growth. We analyze the different paths both developed countries and emerging market countriesindeveloping the economy and find out their common features. Based on this,we summarize the gains and losses in those countries pursuing the quality of economic growthwhich could provide our country with great experience.Thus,in the last part of this paper,we put forward four proposals for the development of China in the long run.
