随着世界科学技术的不断进步和发展,已经到来的第三次工业革命引起了世界分工体系的新变化,从产业间分工和产业内分工向产品内分工转变已经成为各国调整其生产模式所面临的主要趋势,技术创新是各国实现传统优势转变以及提升价值链上所处位置的必要条件。在对第三次工业革命背景下世界分工体系所发生的四大变化分析的基础上,对中国当下面临的世界分工体系调整中的机遇和优势进行分析,认为在国际分工体系调整背景下中国经济增长要实现长足的进步,必须改变传统的生产模式,实现国内分工与世界分工的协调,并在世界分工体系中占据有利地位。在世界分工体系调整背景下提高经济增长质量的路径是进一步建立健全综合竞争优势,逐步提升在国际产业价值链中的地位,通过供给侧结构改革加快培育新优势,提高产业的国际竞争力,并进一步创造良好的外部发展环境。

With the progress and the development of international Sci - tech, the third industrial revolution has brought about new changes in international division system, from inter - and intra - industry division to intra - product division. Technological innovation is the guarantee of the upgrading and transformation. Through ex- plaining the four changes in the international division system in the background of the third industrial revolu- tion and a further analysis of the China＇s opportunities and strengths in this background, this paper concludes that if great progress is to be made in China＇s economy in the adjustment of international division system, tradi- tional production mode needs to be changed, harmony should be achieved between the domestics division and the international division to occupy a privileged position in the international system. The channel to improve Chinag economic development quality is to build a sound and comprehensive competitive edge and gradually raise China＇s position in the international industrial value link. Through providing side -structural reform and speeding up breeding new advantages to raise the international competitiveness so as to create a favorable ex- ternal development environment.
