The laboratory is an important part of colleges and universities, is also an important base for experimental teaching, scientific research, personnel training, and the core competitiveness of a university. How to realize the university laboratory leap-forward sustainable development and how to effectively play the important role in training creative talents are the themes of the future laboratory construction in colleges and universities. The paper from the perspective of sustainable development, puts forward the existing problems in the current college laboratory construction. Through the sustainable development of laboratory of internal and external dynamic mechanism analysis, the paper points out the direction for the cultivation of studentsqnnovative practical ability, and so as to realize the benign development of university laboratory.
