深孔轴线直线度检测是全国性难题,文章构建了深孔直线度检测模型,首次提出“激光三点法”,并设计了一种基于该方法的孔轴线直线度非接触式检测装置,介绍了装置核心部件的工作原理,分析了装置检测姿态,得到了任意孔截面的圆心空间坐标关于三个激光探头所测距离和光栅角度传感器所测转角的矩阵关系式,可准确得到深孔轴线对理想轴线的偏斜。装置具有自适应性,为非接触式检测,可全程动态检测并实时反映深孔轴线直线度水平。
The straightness of deep hole axis is tough problem, so a laser "three -point detection" method is firstly proposed for solving this problem, and a detection model is buih in this paper. Based on this method, a device used for the non - contact detection of hole axis straightness is designed. The paper describes the working principle of the core components, and analyzes the detecting posture of the device. Finally, a matrix relationship between the detected distance by three laser probes and the rotational angle of device detected by angle sensor is obtained. With this matrix, the deviation of points on hole axis with respect of the ideal axis can be acquired accurately. The device is adaptive, stable and reliable, and it can reflect the level of deep hole axis straightness dynamically in the whole detecting process, and it is also non-destructive.
