针对深孔加工孔轴线偏斜问题,从加工方式、导向套装配偏差以及导向套与钻头的配合间隙三个方面进行了研究和分析,分别介绍了这些因素对深孔轴线直线度产生影响的机理。建立了钻杆钻头系统模型,使用ANSYS软件分析了导向套装配偏差对钻头预钻倾角的影响。研究表明通过选择合理的加工方式、提高导向套装配精度、加长钻杆夹持长度、减小导向套与钻头的配合间隙等方式,都能很好地控制加工过程中钻头的走偏,减小孔轴线偏斜,降低产品报废率。
In order to research and analyze the problem of axial deflection in deep holes drilling, it introduces the mechanism of effect on the hole straightness due to the processing method, guide sleeves off-center and its coordination with drilling bit. A model is established relating to drillingpipe and drilling bit system, analyzing the effect which guides sleeves misaligument has on tilt angle at the begining of drilling by ANSYS software. A conclusion is drawn that by selecting a reasonable processing method, increasing the assembly precision of guide sleeve, lengthening the drill stem, decreasing the space between guide sleeve and drilling bit, and the deflection phenomenon in drilling can be controlled effectively; thus, the rate of spoiled products is reduced.
