采用常规Y221型封隔器封堵高含水层和套管漏失段,易出现油管与抽油杆偏磨加剧、缩短检泵周期、封隔器内通径过小不能满足现场需要、封隔器受压差影响解封困难等问题。研制了油井堵水新工艺管柱,主要由Y221型大通径堵水封隔器和能传递转矩的油管补偿器等组成,封隔器可分别在抽油泵下部和上部配套使用,油管补偿器可避免油管弯曲造成的管杆偏磨加剧和缩短检泵周期的问题。现场应用表明:该工艺管柱能够延长堵水有效期,对于油田高含水开发后期的长效开发具有重大的现实意义。
The application conventional Y221 packer plugging leakage of high aquifer and casing segment could easily lead to increased wear tubing and sucker rod partial shorten pump inspection period,the packer inside diameter that is too small to meet the needs of the site,packer which pressure differential impacted unseated is difficult,a new technology string was developed.The string mainly consists of Y221 big inside diameter water plugging packer and tubing compensator which can transmittable toque,the packer can be pumped separately in supporting the use of lower and upper pump,tubing compensator can avoid the problem which bending the tubing caused eccentric wear and shorten the check period exacerbated.Field application shows that the water plugging string can be extended validity for the long-term development of the high water cut production tail.
