当前我国传统制造型企业亟需转变经济增长方式,知识整合为我国传统制造型企业转型提供了可行的方向。从知识互补性的角度来看,传统制造型企业的转型可以简化为传统知识层、创意知识层、新兴知识层之间不断互动的知识整合超网络动态地寻求均衡状态的过程。运用变分不等式理论与最优化问题的关系,求得知识整合超网络的均衡知识整合强度,既可以定量地计算出不同类型知识相互整合时的均衡知识整合强度,也可以用来解释现实中传统制造型企业与创意型组织或新兴组织合作失败的原因,为解决企业转型升级中许多复杂系统的问题提供了新的思路。

China＇s traditional manufacturing enterprises need to transform the mode of economic growth urgently. Knowledge integration points feasible direction for the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises. From the perspective of knowledge complementary,supernetwork of knowledge integration is constructed which is comprised by the layer of traditional knowledge,the layer of creative knowledge,and the layer of emerging knowledge. By utilizing the relationship of variation inequalities theory and the optimization,equilibrium strength of knowledge integration is calculated. Finally,practical guiding significance for knowledge integration supernetwork is analyzed,and the future research direction is proposed.
