本文基于技术进步视角,运用投入产出分析方法和PLS结构方程模型分析方法,分别对我国的碳锁定状况和碳解锁技术路径进行了研究。研究结果表明:从1995-2009年,我国的碳锁定形势得到了较大改善,大部分产业部门从部门内和部门间两个层面实现了较大程度的碳解锁;增加科技活动资金投入和人力资本投入以及改善科技活动环境都会推动我国技术进步,进而实现我国的碳解锁,其中改善科技活动环境产生的碳解锁效应最大;虽然技术进步本身会产生一定程度的碳解锁效应,但技术进步主要依靠优化我国的能源消耗状况和产业结构状况来间接地产生更大的碳解锁效应。
This paper applied input-output analysis method and PLS-SEM analysis method to make a study of China's carbon lock-in and its carbon unlocking path with technological progress perspective. The results indicate that China's carbon lock-in situation had achieved a great improvement from 1995 to 2009, most industrial sectors have realized a great carbon unlocking from both internal and external aspects. There are the three main methods in promoting China's carbon unlocking: increasing capital investment of technological activi- ties and human capital investment; improving the environment of technological progress And the method of improving technological progress' environment can generate the greatest .carbon unlocking effect. While technological progress itself will generate a part of carbon unlocking effect directly, it mainly relies on optimizing China's energy consumption and industrial structure to generate a greater carbon unlocking effect indirectly.
