运用混合方向性距离函数模型(HDDF)对2011年"两横三纵"城市化战略格局中62个重要节点城市的经济效率、环境效率和生态效率进行了实证研究。研究发现:62个城市的平均经济效率、环境效率和生态效率分别为0.66、0.40和0.42,仍然存在较大的效率改进空间。优化开发地区在三种效率指标上的表现均优于重点开发地区,扮演着"先进者"的角色。合图法分析结果表明,62个城市可以分为四类,分别对应四种经济发展模式,应该采用差异化的经济发展模式改革策略。松弛分解表明,经济产出不足是非效率的主要源泉。最后,根据研究结论给出了提升区域生态效率的政策建议。
In this paper, we apply the hybrid directional distance function model to assess economic efficiency, environmental efficiency and eco-efficiency for sixty-two important Chinese cities in the two vertical and three horizontal urbanization areas. It shows that : The economic efficiency, environmental efficiency and eco-efficiency are separately 0. 66, 0. 40 and 0.42 on average and still have a big space for improvement. The optimizing development areas are superior to the important development areas in three kinds of efficiency and play the role of precursor. The sixty-two cities can be aggregated to four groups based on Co-Plot method. Each group corresponds to a kind of development mode. By slacks decomposition, we find that economic output deficiency is the main source of inefficiency. In the end, some policy suggestions are given according to the research conclusion.
