利用社会网络分析方法构建了一个区域内的产业排污竞争网络模型,节点表示每个企业,边的权重表示连接的两个节点中一个企业外部性效应影响到另一个企业的利益。另外,研究了网络中的结构参量,结果表明:竞争网络中只有少数节点发挥着中介作用;边权服从于指数分布,边权的差别程度比较小,网络中每个企业受到的竞争压力趋于平均;电力企业的集聚系数排名靠前,以这些企业为组织中心节点群内的交易竞争程度高,应提高企业内部的排污技术水平,减小来自外部的排污竞争压力。通过这些分析发现,要完善区域企业的排污管理,网络分析不失为一种可行而有效的方法。
In this paper, a competition network model of sewage enterprise is put forward within a region. The vertex represents a firm and the edges represent that a firm external effects detrimental to the interests of another firm. we get the results as follows: firstly, only a few nodes play an intermediary role in the competition network~ secondly, edge weight is shown to follow a exponential distribution and a degree of the differences is relatively small, competitive pressures ingrained in each firm tends to average finally, the clustering coefficient of electric power enterprises locate in the front order. These enterprises as the center node group are high of competition. Therefore, it is to improve the enterprise internal drainage technology level and reduce the discharge pressure of competition from outside. Through these analyzes we find that network analysis may well be a feasible and effective method to improve sewage management for that firms in the region, and further promote the sustainable development of the regional energy.
