代工企业的转型过程,是通过资源整合而实现新价值创造的过程。本文研究代工企业通过资源整合实现转型的内在机制;分析代工企业资源整合策略选择的演化路径、演化均衡的存在性及其影响因素;提出促进其实现资源整合的策略。研究表明:基于资源整合创造的内部准租金和获取的溢入租金,是代工企业转型过程中创造新价值的来源,也是代工企业实现转型的重要标志和关键途径;代工企业和优势企业整合资源的概率与双方企业选择合作伙伴成本负相关,与共有租金及代工企业的内部准租金正相关;存在最优的共有租金分配比例和最优的代工企业的溢入租金,使双方企业整合资源的概率最大化。
The transformation process of OEM enterprise is the process of creating new value through resource integration activities.The main contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,OEM enterprises' transformation mechanism based on resources integration is analyzed;secondly,the evolution path,evolutionary equilibrium and influence factors of OEM enterprises' strategy choice for resource integration is explored;finally,promotion strategies of resources integration are put forwards.These results show that creating internal quasi rents and acquiring inbound spillover rent are the source of new value for OEM enterprise transformation,and also are the important symbols and key ways to enterprise transformation;the probability of resources integration between OEM enterprise and dominant enterprise has a negative correlation with costs of partner selection,and has a positive correlation with common rent and OEM enterprise's internal quasi-rent;there are an optimal allocation proportion of common rent and an optimal OEM enterprise's inbound spillover rent that maximize the probability of resources integration.
