英文摘要：

The transformation process of OEM enterprise is the process of creating new value through resource integration activities.The main contents of this paper are as follows：firstly,OEM enterprises＇ transformation mechanism based on resources integration is analyzed;secondly,the evolution path,evolutionary equilibrium and influence factors of OEM enterprises＇ strategy choice for resource integration is explored;finally,promotion strategies of resources integration are put forwards.These results show that creating internal quasi rents and acquiring inbound spillover rent are the source of new value for OEM enterprise transformation,and also are the important symbols and key ways to enterprise transformation;the probability of resources integration between OEM enterprise and dominant enterprise has a negative correlation with costs of partner selection,and has a positive correlation with common rent and OEM enterprise＇s internal quasi-rent;there are an optimal allocation proportion of common rent and an optimal OEM enterprise＇s inbound spillover rent that maximize the probability of resources integration.
