随着B2B电子商务的发展,很多企业为应对市场环境变化而面临企业转型问题,以企业能力理论为研究视角,对这一问题进行了深入分析。首先,简要介绍了企业能力理论的相关观点及其发展历程;在此基础上,对B2B电子商务的企业能力构成进行了解构分析,将其区分为IT能力、B2B电子服务能力和企业的B2B电子商务转型能力三大部分;随后,分析了企业的B2B电子商务能力与企业绩效的关系,进而构建了企业的B2B电子商务转型分析模型,为后续研究提供理论基础;最后得出相关启示以指导企业的B2B电子商务转型的实施。
Many enterprises are faced with the problem of transformation with development of B2B electronic commerce Based on the competence theory, the problem is analyzed deeply in this paper competence theory is introduced briefly. Then, structure of enterprises competence for commerce is discussed and the three competences: IT competence, B2B e-service competence transformation competence for B2B electronic commerce are distinguished. Subsequently, the Firstly, the B2B electronic and enterprises relationships of enterprises competence and performance are analyzed, and the analysis model about enterprises transformation for B2B electronic commerce is established which could be the theoretic base for the following work. Finally, some revelations are educed to instruct the actualization of enterprises transformation for B2B electronic commerce.
