There was abundant coal resource in Shanxi. For suit demand of the north china＇s ports, the new cities and the modern industries, the modern coal industries of Shanxi set up late but developed greatly. Due to various reasons, the rich coal resource of Shanxi had not been effectively mining, which not only affeceted the development of the modern coal industries of Shanxi, but also affected the development of the modern industries of China.
