介绍了一种基于光纤环形腔的角速度传感测试系统,通过对几个重要电路模块的分析,描述了系统中用来实现对激光器反馈控制和对谐振点跟踪锁定的锁频电路模块。实验结果证明:该电路模块能够将透射峰锁定在最低点,将激光器中心频率始终锁定在谐振点处,一定时间内转台转速小于1r/s时,锁频精细度高。
A testing system of angular velocity sensor based on fiber ring carity is described, and through analysis on several important circuit modules, frequency locking circuit modules used for achievement of feedback control of laser and resonance point tracking is described. Experimental results show that the circuit module can make transmission peak locked at the lowest point, make center frequency of laser always be locked at the resonance point, in certain period of time, when rotary speed is less than 1 r/s, the fineness can reach a high value.
