目的研究正常新西兰兔眼前节各项参数的参考值范围,为构建以兔为实验动物的眼部疾病动物模型提供依据。方法分别测量20只(20眼)新西兰兔中央角膜厚度、角膜前表面曲率、角膜后表面曲率、角膜最薄点厚度、前房容积、前房深度、前房角的正常参考值。结果中央角膜厚度平均为(390.06±59.46)μm,角膜最薄点厚度平均为(356.84±60.08)μm。角膜前后表面平均屈光力分别为(45.75±3.95)D与(-6.05±0.37)D。兔眼前房平均容积(176.88±42.99)mm3,前房平均深度(2.10±0.27)mm,前房角平均(27.93±6.78)°。结论本实验初步探讨了Pentacam测量兔眼前节参数的正常值范围。
Objective To provide the evidence for establishing the animal model of eye diseases by measuring the parameters of the anterior segment of rabbit eyes with pentacam.Methods Central corneal thickness,anterior and anterior surface curvature of cornea,thickness of corneal thinnest point,anterior chamber angle and depth,anterior and posteriorrefraction in 20 rabbits(20 eyes) were measured,respectively,with pentacam.Results The average central corneal thickness and the average thickness of corneal thinnest point of rabbit eyes were(390.06±59.46)μm and(356.84±60.08)μm,respectively.The average anterior and posterior refractions of rabbit eyes were(45.75±3.95)D and(-6.05±0.37)D,respectively.The anterior chamber volume and depth of rabbit eyes were(176.88±42.99)mm3 and(2.10±0.27)mm,respectively.The average anterior chamber angle of rabbit eyes was(27.93±6.78)o.Conclusion Pentacam can be used in measuring the normal parameters of the anterior segment of rabbit eyes.
