目的探讨马凡综合征患者最常见的眼部症状特点及手术治疗。方法分析我院诊治的3例马凡综合征患者的临床资料。结果晶状体脱位、继发性青光眼、视网膜脱离是马凡综合征患者眼部最常见的表现,手术治疗均取得满意疗效。结论应高度关注马凡综合征患者的眼部表现,尽早手术。

Objective To study the characteristics of oclular symptoms of Marfan syndrome patients and their surgical methods.Methods Clinical data about 3 patients with Marfan syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital were analyzed.Results Islocation of lens, secondary glaucoma, and retinal detachment were found to be the most common manifestations of eye in Marfan syndrome patients.Rather good surgical results were achieved in these patients.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ocular manifestations of Marfan syndrome patients, and surgery should be considered for them as early as possible.
