针对国家自然科学基金项目评审的实际情况,在同行评议的基础上,提出了一种基于证据理论的项目评审方法。与目前的评审方法相比,该方法能够有效解决项目评审专家评审结果之间的冲突,能够很好地集成评审结果,且具有较快的收敛速度。运用一个评审实例说明了本方法的应用程序与优越性。
英文摘要：
Aiming at the evaluation situation of National Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC） projects, a new evaluation method, named as method in evaluating NSFC projects based on evidence theory （MENPET）, is proposed. Compared with the peer correspondents, MENPET solves the conflicts of evaluation resuhs among experts more efficiently, integrates evaluation results more scientifically, and also has a better convergence. At last, an application case is provided to show the application of the proposed MENPET and its advantages.
