In a dynamic and complex business environment,Dynamic capabilities are new sources of enterprises＇ new competitive advantages.Through reviewing the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the definition of dynamic capabilities from different perspectives,its dimensions and formation,the promotion mechanism and the promotion path of dynamic capabilities,and factors that influence dynamic capabilities.Finally,the paper sums up and prospects the problems of the research into dynamic capabilities in the future.
