英文摘要：
The tacit knowledge transfer in universities is influenced by four kinds of factors. This paper selects 15 key factors and uses the interpretative structural model to study the deep factors which radically influence the tacit knowledge transfer in universities,point out the dynamic mechanism of the transfer of tacit knowledge in universities which is based on the research.
