社会发展对高校教育提出更高要求,我国高等教育从最初的精英化教育到现在的大众化教育,在为我国社会主义经济建设提供专业人才方面做出了重大贡献。然而,随着全球经济形势走弱,我国高校毕业生数量持续增加,给就业市场造成了巨大压力。为保证高校毕业生能够顺利走向工作岗位,各大高校建立专门的毕业生就业教学管理部门,为毕业生的就业提供全方位指导。然而,通过调查发现,影响当前高校毕业就业的重要原因除经济形势走弱与就业岗位不足的原因之外,值观缺失也成为影响高校毕业生就业的主要因素之一。本文通过对高校毕业生核心价值观进行深入研究,结合当前就业形势,对高校毕业生就业教学管理工作提出进一步的指导性意见,提高毕业生就业成功率。
The constantly-developing society has a higher desire for the college education, whose goal has changed from the cultivation of talents originally to the popularity of education today. Although the education once made great contributions to the construction of economy, it is facing great challenges of employment with more college graduates and less-developing economy. To solve the problem of graduate employment, almost all universities have founded some regulated departments to direct college students for the coming employment. However, based on the related investigation, we find an important factor affecting the graduates' employment besides weaker economy and a larger number of graduates, that is, the loss of value sense. The article, based on the research of the core value senses of graduates and con- nected with the contemporary employment situation, attempts to put forward some scientific strategies to improve the employment rate of graduates.
