利用湖南凤凰2009--2011年逐句气象统计数据，高分辨率对湖南凤凰旅游气候舒适性进行评价。在此基础上，采用OLS方法分析了客流量年内变化与气候舒适度指数的相关性。结果表明，入境客流量年内变化主要受天气和气候变化的影响，客流量旬指数的气候弹性系数为0．58％；国内客流量年内变化主要受气候变化、人们工作及休闲制度的影响，客流量旬指数的气候弹性系数为0．34％。本研究为丰富旅游气候研究以及旅游业发展规划、旅游项目开发和景区管理提供科学依据。

英文摘要：

In accordance with the ten - day period meteorological data of Fenghuang County, Hunan from 2009 to 2011, this paper explored the climate comfortable degree in high time resolution. In addition, based on the above research, the study hoed the comprehensive climate comfortable in- dex as explanatory variable. The correlation of ten - day index and climate comfort degree was founded by the method of OLS to reveal the elastic co- efficient and border effect of tourist＇ s ten - day index clearly. The results showed that among all the factors, the variation of overseas tourists in a year was mainly affected by the weather and climate change, ten - day index of climatic coefficient of elasticity was O. 58 %. As distinct from overseas tourism, weather and climate changes, working and recreation system were the major factors which led to domestic tourist changes, ten- day index of climatic coefficient of elasticity was 0. 34 % . The study provided the basis for planning of tourism development, tourism project development, tourism marketing and scenic spot management.
